STORE PICKUP POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING A PICKUP ORDER!!! We are happy to offer our amazing customers the option to choose store pickup. This courtesy is offered to our local and visiting guest.
You will receive a “Pickup” Notification Once your order is ready. Please use a valid email address or phone number in order to receive the notice. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the notification.
Please pickup orders within 5 business days, this excludes the days that the store is closed.
Due to limited space caused by late pickups and orders that have never been picked up we are implementing a Restock fee of 30% of the total price of the order. Pickup Orders must be picked up within 5 businesses days. The balance of your returned order minus the 30% restock fee will be issued back to an IShopGlam gift card. This policy effective starting March 1, 2021.
Only the person who placed the order will be able to pickup the order, please have your physical state issued ID (no photos) or Passport for proof of purchase. Your order confirmation page and the card used to place the order.
Please check your order to ensure it’s correct before leaving. Items are not located at the pickup location, no exchanges or refunds.
