RETURNS & EXCHANGE

WE ONLY REFUND TO STORE CREDITS. OUR ITEMS MOVE QUICKLY TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF OUR CUSTOMERS and REQUIRE MULTIPLE RESTOCKS. THEREFORE lSOME ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN we Do Not exchange items. (most non- return items have final sale in the description or are listed in our policy below if it is final sale).

RETURN PROCESS

-Returns within 7 days 

- Create an account on our website.

-email order number, reason for return request.  

-Once approved ship with the carrier of your choice, keep tracking information for your records.

-once items are inspected a credit code will be sent to the email provided on the account.

If there are signs of wear or tear no credit will be issued, item will not be returned back to you. 

Submitting a return request does not guarantee an approval for return. 

Cancelled orders and return's are subject to a 20% restocking fee. STORE CREDITS ARE VALID FOR 1 CALENDAR YEAR. 

RETURN EXCLUSIONS: All sale items, any WHITE items,  items with white, any items with a large percent of white, reduced price items, accessories, any distressed items, swimwear, undergarments, cosmetics, sequins, light colors, vegan/faux leather, boots, shoes, items with feathers, lace, mesh, stones, bodysuits, spandex, active, basic/seamless items one pieces, biker sets, stretchy Lycra, seamless rompers and sets, pearl or jeweled fabrics, seasonal (holiday) wear, lingerie. Items listed in the description of the item as Final Sale.

WEAR AND TEAR: stains, dirt marks, fabric odors due to smoke, perfume or detergent, fabric wear stretched out shape past its capacity, rips, tears, missing buttons/chains.

PLEASE READ RETURN LIST EXCLUSIONS BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR A RETURN.

Abusing the return policy: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return/exchange policy. Sending items back without approval will result in automatic rejection, items will not be returned and a credit will not be issued. Multiple returns on a regular basis will be subject to rejected returns and may affect future purchases with ishopglam.  

Some items cannot be returned (please see list). To begin a return you must create an account on our website including email address and phone number. Returns must be sent back within 7 days after approval (in the same condition as received). We will issue a store credit for items that have been approved for exchange, please allow 3-4 business days for store credit to be sent to the email on file.

Items must be free of fumes, smoke, stains, makeup, deodorant  unwashed and unworn or have any signs of wear and tear, trying items causing rips or excessive stretching may result in rejection of credit ( to receive items back a shipping fee will be applied to the customer). 

REFUSED ORDERS: If you refuse delivery of an order you placed, shipping fees will not be refunded the items will not be credited. We are not responsible for orders that are return to sender due to failure to change addresses due to moves.   

RETURN EXCLUSIONS: All sale items, any WHITE items, reduced price items, accessories, any distressed items, swimwear, undergarments, cosmetics, sequins, vegan/faux leather, boots, shoes, items with feathers, lace, mesh, stones, spandex, active, basic/seamless items once pieces, seamless rompers and sets, pearl or jeweled fabrics, seasonal (holiday) wear and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned! 

Manufacturer defects: all items are inspected. If you find that there is a defect with your item please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package via e-mail. Please send photos of the defected item(s) to infoatishopglam@gmail.com please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
