RETURNS & SHIPPING DELIVERIES

 

Returns/exchanges are temporarily paused, as of 3/20/2025 we will not be accepting returns and exchanges at this time. Please read item sizing descriptions to avoid sizing mistakes. We use USPS, UPS for domestic shipping and DHL for International shipping. Order processing and shipping times may take up to 3-4 business days and up to 7-14 business days for international. This EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS most post office locations are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Weather can be a factor and cause changes with delivery dates.

When Express shipping is available it may require a signature at delivery.
Please see USPS refund Express delivery guarantee policy for deliveries that do not arrive as scheduled. 

SIGNATURE DELIVERIES: Deliveries over $200, large packages and  geographical locations that are not easy to hand deliver will be required to sign for the delivery (someone over 18 must be at home to accept). After 2-3 attempted deliveries the package will have to be picked up from your local post office with valid ID. 

TRACKING INFORMATION: All shipments include tracking information and will be sent to the email attached to the order, some cellular phone carriers do not allow  text updates, please use an updated e-mail address to ensure you receive the tracking information. The post office will give an estimated delivery date once packages are scanned into their system.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!! There is no way for us to make updates once your order ships!! We are not responsible for orders that go to the wrong address or are missing apartment numbers. If items are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees and/or a 25% restock fee (see return policy). 

Shipping Fees are based on order size and weight and are subject to change by shipping carriers, fees will be applied accordingly with those changes. Shipping cost are automatically calculated by region/location for shipping destination.

SHIPPING PROVIDER INFORMATION: 

USPS Ground/Priority 2-5 days depending on location. Days (Does Not Include Sundays /Holidays & Custom Holds or packaging processing time) Most Packages have a insurance applied, please contact USPS for next steps for packages that haven't arrived due to their mishandling. Please Contact 1-800 -ASK-USPS

HELPFUL TIPS: PLEASE CHECK FOR DELIVERIES AT YOU MAILBOX, Also at your neighbors, front office of complex, tucked away spots. If you feel your order was stolen please contact the proper authorities. Once USPS or other shipping services scan packages into their system and have possession of the order we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DELIVERY IF YOU ARE NOT HOME, RECENTLY MOVED OR ARE ON VACATION OR IF ITS MISSING AFTER DELIVERY.

If your insured package has been lost or damaged in transit, you may file an insurance claim: Online: Go to www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm for information on USPS domestic insurance. By mail: Call 800-ASK-USPS(800-275-8777) to have a claim form mailed to you.
