10/21 USPS HAS ANNOUNCED DELAYED DELIVERIES FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON, DUE TO COVID-19, ORDERS MAY ARRIVE LATER THAN EXPECTED
We use USPS Priority shipping. Order processing time normally takes 4-5 business days to process for shipping. This EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS most post office locations are closed. Due to Covid-19 some orders may take up to 5-6 days for processing.
All shipments include tracking, please use the correct e-mail address to ensure you receive the tracking information. The post office will give an estimated delivery date once packages are scanned into their system.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!! There is no way for us to change it once the order ships!! We are not responsible for orders that go to the wrong address. If items are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees. The cost of the item will be applied to a store credit to use within one calendar year if the return shipment fee isn’t purchased with in 3 business days.
International Deliveries can take 7-14 days to be delivered, depending on region.
Shipping Fees are based on order size and weight and are subject to change by shipping carriers, fees will be applied accordingly with those changes. Shipping cost are automatically calculated at check out by weight and region/location for shipping destination.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, if you refuse the order you placed you will be responsible for all shipping cost and you will be issued an ishopglam gift card for a store credit for the cost of the merchandise, minus a 25% restocking fee, excluding shipping fees. PLEASE SEE POLICY ON EXCHANGES.

PLEASE CHECK FOR DELIVERIES AT YOU MAILBOX, Also at your neighbors, front office of complex, tucked away spots. If you feel your order was stolen please contact the proper authorities. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAD BEEN DELIVERED BY THE POST OFFICE AND YOU HAVE ANY DELIVERY CONCERNS PLEAE CONTACT USPS. Once they scan in the information and take possession of the order we have no control over the delivery.
