IF A REFUND IS NECESSARY IT WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT TO BE USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS.

RETURNS ARE SOMETIMES NECESSARY DUE TO LEGITIMATE MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. PLEASE SEND PHOTOS OF THE DEFECTED ITEM TO GLAMSHOPP.CO@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER, ALONG WITH THE ORDER NUMBER. ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE FROM OUR E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT. 

WRONG ITEMS, IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WITHIN 48 HOURS PLEASE SEND A PHOTO OF THE MERCHANDISE TO:

IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE ITEMS PURCHASE PRICE EXCLUDING SHIPPING FEES. TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE ITEM, AN EMAIL MUST BE SENT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING ITEMS.

IF FOR ANY REASON A RETURN ITEMS IS SENT BACK TO ISHOPGLAM IT MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE * ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, FREE ODF STAINS AND MAKEUP WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. ONCE YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED AND INSPECTED YOU WILL BE ISSUED AN ISHOPGLAM STORE CREDIT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE ORDER. ISHOPGLAM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INITIATE A RESTOCKING FEE FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE POLICIES REQUIREMENTS.
